He is survived by: his significant other Mary Ellen Passamano (Pendergast); his children, Bob Passamano (Michelle), Tammy Lemay (Ed Meeker) and Joe Passamano, Jr. (Sue); his grandchildren, Emily Passamano, Frankie (Adrienne), Tyler, Joey Lemay, Dominic (Nicole), Jack, Adam Passamano and Jeffrey Daniels; and his great grandchild Gianna Rose Passamano.
A reception will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rose Hill Funeral Home (580 Elm St, Rocky Hill, CT 06067).
