With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara H. Buttafuoco of Enfield, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 3, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Ely and Josephine Ely (O'Connell); and her son Peter Buttafuoco. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Bartholomew (Gary) and Paul Buttafuoco (Rosa); her daughter-in-law Carol Ann Barnes (Tim); and her grandchildren, Eric Bartholomew (Tracy), Sarah Bartholomew, Jessica Granucci (Chris), Danielle Buttafuoco, Anthony Buttafuoco and Maria Buttafuoco. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels (61 S Rd, Enfield, CT 06082). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at the Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery (1 Cottage Grove Rd, Bloomfield, CT 06002).
