It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Machiarelli of Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on August 30, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelina Puleo DeFelice and Ferdinand DeFelice; her sister Judith DeFelice; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Zmarzlak and Genrose Alfano.
She is survived by: her children, Michael, Jr. (Diana), Dina and Dawn (Kelly); her grandchildren, Jennifer and Michael (Eugenia); her great grandchildren, Leontiy and Lukyan; and her siblings, RoseAnn Zmarzlak and Fred DeFelice. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pre-Planning & Cremation Services (1209 Post Rd, Fairfield, CT 06824). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Ann Church (481 Brewster St, Bridgeport, CT 06605). A burial will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Oak Lawn Cemetery (1530 Bronson Rd, Fairfield, CT 06824).
