She was predeceased by: her parents, Addie Morant Lee and Bossie Lee Sr. From; her children, Linda Lee and Ray Lamar Lee; and her siblings, Wayman Lee (Mae Donia Lee), Bossie Lee Jr. (Fannie Lee), Zena Mae Lee, Hattie L. Bryant (Thomas Bryant) and Esther Gilliard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Lee-Reid (Lindon Reid Sr.), Pamela Lee-Barclay (Martin Barclay), Tywanna Lee, Andrea Lee, Taricka Lee and Amari Lee; her grandchildren, Shenik'a Lee, Melisa Reid, Lindon Reid Jr. (Judith Robinson-Reid), Shemar Reid, Tianne Barclay, Ashli-Cole Barclay and Martin Barclay Jr.; her great grandchildren, Marquis Reid Jr., Ma'Khi Brown and Chayse Reid; her sisters, Marylou Vernon (Benjamin Vernon) and Cynthia Moore (Frank Moore); and her friend Barbara Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pitts Chapel Unified Free Will Baptitst Church (64 Brewster St, New Haven, CT 06511). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Beaverdale Memorial Park (90 Pine Rock Ave, New Haven, CT 06515).
