It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph Farrugia of Monroe, Connecticut, who passed away on September 3, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Farrugia and Josephina Farrugia; and his sisters, Angelina Scully and Mary O'Connor. He is survived by: his wife Linda Rose; his daughter Christine Farrugia; his grandchildren, Luke, Lina and Georgia; his daughter Linda Farrugia (Kevin); his grandchildren, Abigal and Hannah; his stepchild Jean Marie Priscott (Nicholas); his stepgrandchildren, Katie and Owen; his stepson Michael McCormick (Casey); his stepgrandchildren, Connor and Madison; and his sister Connie Farrugia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home (419 White Plains Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Jude Parish Church (707 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe, CT 06468). A burial will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (1056 Daniels Farm Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611).
