With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Constance G. Baril of East Hartland, Connecticut, who passed away on September 4, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Gaudette and Kathleen Gaudette (Blake); her husband Gerald E. Baril; her granddaughter Cara Lynn Baril; and her brothers, Gareth and John Gaudette.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah B. Ransom (Peter) of Hartland, Peter D. Baril of East Hartland, Joseph C Baril (Kathleen) of Granville, MA, Lawrence E. Baril (Lara O'Neil) of Wethersfield, Marcel F. Baril (Debbie) of Winsted, Laurie B. Ransom (Thomas) of East Hartland and Douglas G. Baril of Stoneville; and her sister Eleanor Hewes of New York. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hayes-Huling & Carmon Funeral Home (364 Salmon Brook St, Granby, CT 06035). A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the East Hartland Cemetery.
