She was predeceased by: her parents, Sheldon F. Coons and Thyra J. Coons; and her sister Shelby Applegate (Howard Applegate). She is survived by: her spouse Dann S. Foster; her children, Timothy D. Foster (Pamela) of Southwick, Mass and Sharrilynn Trosell of Willington, CT.; her sisters-in-law, Sara Tanner of Raleigh, NC and Shelley Foster of Cape Coral, FL.; her grandchildren, TJ Foster (Lauren) of Schenectady, NY, Tarynn Sigmon (Brandon) of Canton, CT, Stone Foster (Jennifer) of West Hartford, CT, Carlynn Redman (Doc Redman) of Jacksonville, FL, Grasonn Foster of Raleigh, NC and F. Trenton DeVane of Springdale, AR; and her great grandchildren, Kynzie Sigmon, Ryleigh Sigmon, Adeline Foster, Juniper Foster, Dorothea Foster and Onnis Redman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hayes-Huling & Carmon Funeral Home (364 Salmon Brook St, Granby, CT 06035). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasantvale Cemetery.
