He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Moody and Helen Moody (Frey); his sisters, Martha (Ted Kosinski) and Barbara (John Weaver); and his in-laws, Christina Hume and Thomas Clifford.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Moody (Anderson); his sons, Bruce Moody (Vania Georgieva) of Washington, DC and Brian Moody (Christine) of Colchester; his grandchildren, Zachary and Kaitlyn; his brother Richard Moody of Purcellville, VA; and his sister-in-law Linda Clifford of East Haven. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ladd-Turkington & Carmon Funeral Home (551 Talcottville Rd, Vernon, CT 06066). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Valley View Cemetery (302 Baxter St, Tolland, CT 06084).
