He was predeceased by: his mother Elisabeth Kramser (Walter). He is survived by: his wife Maria Theresa Schadt (Wagner); his stepfather Franz Kramser; his children, Richard A. Schadt (Ines) of Vernon, Robert A. Schadt (Susan) of Tolland and Sandra E. Lucia (Howard Horgan) of Bolton, VT.; his siblings, Christine Paganucci of Smithtown, NY and Alfred Kramser (Elizabeth) of Malverne, NY; his sister-in-law Erna Dech of New Milford; and his grandchildren, Max A. Schadt (Jessica) of Tucson, AZ, Elisabeth A. Lucia of South Hero, VT, Matthew B. Lucia of Bolton, VT, Andrew B. Schadt of Natick, MA and Adam R. Schadt of Tolland.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ladd-Turkington & Carmon Funeral Home (551 Talcottville Rd, Vernon, CT 06066). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the United Congregational Church of Tolland (45 Tolland Grn, Tolland, CT 06084).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Tolland Senior Center.
