She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Horak and Jeanne Horak. She is survived by: her husband Mark Mitsock; her siblings, Maureen Horak, Mary Greenspun and Thomas Horak; and her siblings-in-law, Leanne Marks, Annie McCollum and Judson Mitsock. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
