She was predeceased by: her husband John Katona; her parents, Antel Frey and Barbara Frey (Gessler); and her siblings, Gizi Yellonski and Marczi Frey.
She is survived by: her son Andrew G. "Andy" Katona of Southington; and her friends, Donna, Norma, Maryann and Ann Marie.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Dominic Church (1050 Flanders Rd, Southington, CT 06489).
