She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Francis Kelly; her parents, Frank J. Doherty and Marion Loyce Doherty (Wright); her sister Maxine Winn; her siblings-in-law, H. V. Winn, Kathleen, Frank Scanlon, Helen, Jack Sullivan and Anne Marie Kelly; and her nephew Barry Scanlon.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Rosenbaum (Michael) of South Windsor, Sharon Drago (John) of Pawcatuck, CT and Michael Kelly of Corvallis, OR; her grandchildren, Ryan Rosenbaum, Stephen Rosenbaum (Ella McGorry), Kathleen Rosenbaum, John Drago, Jr. (Madelyn), Anne Drago, Matthew Drago, Sasha Kelly and Skyla Kelly; her brother Frank "Buddy" J. Doherty, Jr. (Terri) of Bolivia, NC; and her sibling's children, Peter, Tom, Todd Scanlon, David, Peggi, Chris Winn, Carol Hofer, Laurie Riggs, Michael and Sean Doherty.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home (419 Buckland Rd, South Windsor, CT 06074). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish - St. Bridget (80 Main St, Manchester, CT 06042).
