It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jose Vicente Martinez of Monroe, Connecticut, who passed away on September 6, 2025, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Jose V. Martinez; and his niece Angelica DeFreitas. He is survived by: his mother Aida Morales; his wife Debbie (White); his sons, Alexander and Lorenzo; his siblings, James Martinez (Donna), Carlos Martinez and Eliza Morales; and his in-laws, Steven and Rosanne White. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cornell Memorial (247 White St, Danbury, CT 06810). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wooster Cemetery (20 Ellsworth Ave, Danbury, CT 06810).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jose's memory may be made to support the future education of his sons.
