He is survived by: his wife Christine Raccio Turcottte; his sons, Joshua, Jacob and Nicholas Turcotte; and his siblings, Richard D. Turcotte (Karyn), Barbara Turcotte-Foster (late George Foster), Jolene Bouthillier (Matt) and Doreen Vanhorn (Jay).
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the West Haven Funeral Home (662 Savin Ave, West Haven, CT 06516).
