She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Dlugos and Anna Dlugos (Gura); her husband John Babon; her daughter-in-law Cindy Babon; and her siblings, William, Jerry Dlugos, Ann Chalmers and Ruth Tortora.
She is survived by: her children, John Babon (Brenda) of Montana, Michael Babon (Cindy) of Southington, Sharon Verner of Southington, Nancy Babon of Newington, Gary Babon (Alice) of Southington, Lawrence Babon (Lori) of Wolcott, Cindy Babon of Southington and Christopher Babon (Teresa) of Southington; and her siblings, Rita Bassett and Robert Dlugos. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Plantsville Funeral Home (975 S Main St, Plantsville, CT 06479). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Aloysius Church (254 Burritt St, Plantsville, CT 06479).
