Beverly left this world on September 13, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Linehan and Elizabeth A. Linehan (Prentice); her husband Gerald Carrol Harris; and her siblings, Joseph Linehan, Robert Linehan, Donald Gray and Elizabeth Reardon.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Dakin of Windsor Locks, Jean Dakin of East Granby and Tim Harris (Darlene) of West Suffield; her grandchildren, John, David, Matthew Dakin, Nathan, Daniel Harris and Kate Marien; her brother John Linehan (Eileen) of Florida; and her sisters-in-law, Sandra Gray and Nancy Linehan. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Windsor Locks Funeral Home (441 Spring St, Windsor Locks, CT 06096). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Robert Bellarmine Church (52 S Elm St, Windsor Locks, CT 06096).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Angel Horses Inc., 20 Knollwood Lane, West Granby, CT 06035, a horse rescue organization dear to Beverly's heart.
