He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Brayton and Pauline Delano (Gordon); his wife Camille Brayton (DelPrincipe); his stepparents, Mary Brayton and Alton Delano; his siblings, Charles and Cindy Brayton; and his aunt Gladys.
He is survived by: his children, Cayla O'Connell (Christopher) of Bristol, Heather Brayton of Bristol and Daniel Brayton (Katie) of Oakville; his grandchildren, Camila, Cason O'Connell, Dylan Brayton, Gavin and Bria Brayton; his siblings, Helen Lavigne (James), John Brayton (Jill), James Delano (Christine), Mark Delano (Lisa), Raymond Brayton and Willaim Brayton; and his former wife Karen Brayton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home, Inc. (169 Main St, Terryville, CT 06786). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hillside Cemetery.
