He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Hill and Dorothy Hill (Geyer); and his brother Michael Hill. He is survived by: his wife Susan Hill (Goodman); his daughters, Devin Gagnon (Hill) and Kaitlin Hill; his son-in-law Matthew Gagnon; his granddaughter Mae Gagnon; and his sisters, Kerry Saharek, Kathy Holden, Julie Schwindt and Elena Kaut (Michael Kaut).
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Phalen Funeral Home (285 Migeon Ave, Torrington, CT 06790). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Anthony Church (49 South St, Litchfield, CT 06759).
