It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maria Nazare Sparmer of Montville, Connecticut, who passed away on September 15, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her husband John Joseph Sparmer of Uncasville; her daughters, Tabitha Dyer (Derek Dyer) of Waterford and Danielle Lynch (Tyler Lynch) of Charlotte; her siblings, Irene Pantaleao (John) of Cromwell, Emilia Gil (Joao) of Rocky Hill and Jose Da Costa of Hartford; her grandchildren, Tyler Dyer (Taylor), Marcus, Marlaina, Mason Dyer and Lucia Lynch; her great grandchildren, Lola and Beau Dyer; and her pet Molly. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and their spouses.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Thomas L. Neilan & Sons East Lyme Funeral Home (48 Grand St, Niantic, CT 06357). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Church (22 Maple Ave, Uncasville, CT 06382).
