He is survived by: his significant other Rosa Pagan; his siblings, Luis Pagan (FL), Julisa Pagan (NJ) and Christian Pagan (GA); his stepchildren, Enid Rey (Freddie Valentin) of Hartford, CT, Carmen Jeannette Rey Gomez (Oscar Gomez) and Ricardo E. Rey (Jasmine Carty-Rey) of Hartford, CT.; his cousin Milagros Felician; his grandson Emmanuel Rey; his nieces, Amielia Rey (Danilo Gomez), Adriel Gomez, Griselda Rojas, Amaury Valentin (Giovanni Valentin) and Zuleyma Valentin; and his great grandchildren, Alexander Silva and Ivonne Silva.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and at 3:00 PM at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home (1276 Berlin Turnpike, Wethersfield, CT 06109).
