She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Michael Lestik. She is survived by: her husband John Kubicko; her children, Therese Lestik, John, Dana Kubicko, Marisa and Sunil Chadda; her grandchildren, Christian, Eva Lestik, Brittany, Meagan, Sara Kubicko, Mila and Dillon Chadda; and her sisters, Dorothy Lavin, Pauline Lavin and Rosalie Andrechak. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Spadaccino Funeral Home (315 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe, CT 06468). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Theresa Church (5301 Main St, Trumbull, CT 06611).
