He was predeceased by: his wife Carole A. Lackovich (Fink); and his parents, Charles J. Lackovich II and Matilda Lackovich (Muscia). He is survived by: his children, Michael Lackovich, Gary Lackovich, Anthony Lackovich and Laurie Lackovich Meyers; his grandchildren, Cathryn, Jonathan, Allison Lackovich and Alexis Meyers; his great grandchildren, Jaden and Savannah; and his siblings, Charlotte Leonard of Allentown, PA and Joseph Lackovich of Plantsville, CT. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Plantsville Funeral Home (975 S Main St, Plantsville, CT 06479). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Aloysius Church (254 Burritt St, Plantsville, CT 06479). A burial will be held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery (175 South End Rd, Southington, CT 06489).
