It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Marlyn L. Green of Plantsville, Connecticut, who passed away at the age of 90, on September 18, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Durward "Woody" Green; her parents, Peter Degraaff and Jenny Degraaff (Broadfield); her daughter Cynthia Corey; and her siblings, Jean Leonard, Minnie Blockland, Wilma Tranes, Joan Bloetjes, Roberta Kamper, Brut and Peter Degraaff.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Copeland (Robert Schott); her son-in-law Brian Mazurkivich; her grandchildren, Ari Copeland, Liz, Julie, Lisa Morrone (Don), Allison Corey (Roger) and Rebecca Thompson (Keith); and her great grandchildren, Emily Thompson, Brielle Hammond, Alex, Lucian, Leo, Russell Morrone and Karrlee. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home (430 Chase Pkwy, Waterbury, CT 06708). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (669 Platt Rd, Watertown, CT 06795).
