She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Nieves and Martina Cruz Lopez; and her sister Maria Cruz. She is survived by: her significant other Robert Shawn Hickey of Farmington; and her sons, Juan C. Diaz of Enfield, Jose Diaz of New Britain and Miguel A. Diaz (Ariana) of New Britain. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carmon Funeral Home (807 Bloomfield Ave, Windsor, CT 06095). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 1:15 PM to 1:45 PM at the Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery (1 Cottage Grove Rd, Bloomfield, CT 06002).
