He was predeceased by: his son Bob Levine; and his brother Bert Levine. He is survived by: his wife Linnea Levine; his children, Jim Levine, Melissa Soll and Chris Ranucci; and his grandchildren, Natalie, John, Zoe, Elias, Kennedy, Kamryn, Kortney and Austin.
