He is survived by: his wife Marcalynn Schechter; his daughters, Mindy (Scott Tashlik), Caryn (Daniel Edelman), Naomi (Jeffrey Heftler) and Amy (Benjamin Kahn); and his grandchildren, Madeline, Nathan, Zoe, Harrison, Charlie, Max, Mollie, Joshua, Tamara and Ella.
