It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Anthony Baske (Stamford, Connecticut), who passed away on April 13, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Baske and Mary C. Baske. He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Joseph and Genevieve; his siblings, John Baske (Whitney) and Michele Baske; his in-laws, William and Nancy Grella; his sister-in-law Erica Angelopoulos (Peter); his nieces, Emma Baske Woods (Jeremy), Meghan Baske and Antonia Angelopoulos; his nephew Johnny Angelopoulos; and his brother Kenric Gubner.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory (104 Myrtle Ave, Stamford, CT 06902). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Maurice Church (358 Glenbrook Rd, Stamford, CT 06906).
