She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Heffernan and Barbara Heffernan (Howe); and her nephew Ryan Heffernan. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristen Dance (Cava) and Lauren Koczeniak (Cava); her son-in-law Jason Koczeniak; her grandchildren, Hadley Dance, Emma Koczeniak and Lucas Koczeniak; her brother Douglas Heffernan (Diane); her nephew Tyler Heffernan (Ashley); and the father of her children Alfred Cava.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Kane Funeral Home (25 Catoonah St, Ridgefield, CT 06877). A prayer will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Funeral Home Prayer Service.
