He was predeceased by: his parents, Magdalene Toth (Kovach) and Stephen Toth; his wife JoAn (Ciavaglia); his brothers, Steve (Mary), Fred (Pearl), Bill (Doris), Frank (Helen) and Ernie; his stepmother Christine Toth; and his stepbrothers, Alex, Joey and Louie.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Trutter (Tom) of New Britain, Mark Toth (Nicole) of East Lyme and Eric Toth of Newington; his grandchildren, Aiden and Carissa Toth; his cousin Alex Toth (Jan) of Shelton; his sister-in-law Elaine Wisthoff of Pueblo, CO; and his close friend Lorraine Florio-Olson of Old Lyme. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Thomas L. Neilan & Sons East Lyme Funeral Home (48 Grand St, Niantic, CT 06357). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Agnes Church (22 Haigh Ave, Niantic, CT 06357).
