He was predeceased by: his mother Jean Witkiewicz; and his brother James F. Sinclair, Jr.. He is survived by: his father James F. Sinclair; his stepparents, Teresa Sinclair (Pagliari) and Shelton; and his sister Sandra Foley (Timothy). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home (419 White Plains Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
