She was predeceased by: her husband Zenon Szwaba; her parents, Antoni Zasun and Sophia Solima Zasun; her brother Anthony Zasun; and her siblings-in-law, Stanley Kuzma and Anna Szwaba.
She is survived by: her children, Marc P. Szwaba (Stacy Stieber) of Waterbury, Donald A. Szwaba (Jennifer Carey) of Fairfield and Grace A. Szwaba of Southington; her sisters, Diane Kuzma of Beacon Falls and Julie D'Onofrio (Pat) of Shelton; her sister-in-law Aniela Szwaba of Naugatuck; and her grandchildren, Vanessa Tischofer, Darin Levesque, Rylan J. Szwaba, Crew Szwaba and Van Szwaba. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Spinelli-Ricciuti Funeral Home (62 Beaver St, Ansonia, CT 06401). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (32 Jewett St, Ansonia, CT 06401).
