It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leon Bunk (Seymour, Connecticut), who passed away on May 9, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon J. Sr. Bunk and Esther Bunk (Student). He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Carrejo); his children, David Bunk (Jennifer) and Carrie Minar (Dan) of Milford; his brother Edward Bunk (Barbara) of Seymour; and his granddaughters, Abby, Emma and Charlotte. He is also survived by many first cousins, close friends and cherished brother and sister-in-laws.
A funeral service was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mountain Meadows Cemetery (117 Mountain Rd, Seymour, CT 06483). Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home (161 W Church St, Seymour, CT 06483). The military honors will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mountain Meadows Cemetery (117 Mountain Rd, Seymour, CT 06483).
