Melendez (Perez) of Monroe; his wife Gigi Melendez (Cancel); his son Mark Melendez of Elizabeth, NJ; his grandson Castiel Melendez; his mother-in-law Damaris Martinez; and his sister Marta Smith (David) of Texas. He is also survived by four nephews and a niece.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home (419 White Plains Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Jude Church (707 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe, CT 06468). A burial will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. John Cemetery (500 Moose Hill Rd, Monroe, CT 06468).
