She was predeceased by: her husband Dewey P. Batchelor; her parents, William Pekar and Margaret Pekar; and her siblings, John, Bill, Mike, George Pekar, Marge Hovanec and Ceil Pieger.
She is survived by: her sister Theresa Yash of Stratford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:40 AM and from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Lawrence Church (505 Shelton Ave, Shelton, CT 06484).
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association.
