He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kaputa and Mary Kaputa (Homa); his son Nicholas; and his siblings, Albert, John, William, Andrew, Richard, Elsie and Mae.
He is survived by: his wife Carole Jankura Kaputa; his son Frank J. Kaputa Jr. (Angela) of Glastonbury; his grandchildren, Ziv and Zoe; and his brother Robert Kaputa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Adzima Funeral Home (50 Paradise Green Pl, Stratford, CT 06614). A requiem service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Requiem Funeral Service. A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. John's Cemetery (2610 Nichols Ave, Stratford, CT 06614).
