He is survived by: his daughter Theresa Pavlik (George) of Prospect; his sister Virginia "Jeanne" Guerrera of Waterbury; his grandchildren, Kristen Pavlik-McCallie (Michael) of Chattanooga, TN, Michelle Pavlik of Wallingford, Danielle Bazzano (Andrew Garnett) of Denver, CO, Rachel Bazzano of Wolcott and Michael A. Bazzano Jr. of Wolcott; and his great grandchildren, Nora McCallie, Christine Cegelka, Autumn Cegelka and Natalee Bazzano.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Chase Parkway Memorial (430 Chase Pkwy, Waterbury, CT 06708). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location.
