In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Piroska had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Piroska may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her husband Laszlo Mencseli. She is survived by: her son Miklos Mencseli of Cheshire; her grandchildren, Justin of Wallingford and Becky of Colorado; and her sisters, Elizabeth Henn and Jolan Henn of Monroe, CT..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Lesko Funeral Home (1209 Post Rd, Fairfield, CT 06824). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Emery Church (838 Kings Hwy E, Fairfield, CT 06825). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Oak Lawn Cemetery (1530 Bronson Rd, Fairfield, CT 06824).
