He was predeceased by: his wife Irene Horvack (Rousseau); his parents, John Horovcak and Barbara Horovcak; and his siblings, Michael Horvack, Anne Stack, Irene Chmielewski, Mary Kozej and Mildred Vrooman.
He is survived by: his son John R. Horvack, Jr. (Andrea) of Milford; his granddaughters, Sophia Rose and Addison Hope; and his close friend Helen Ucci. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (406 White Plains Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (308 River Rd, Shelton, CT 06484).
