He was predeceased by: his brother William Starkey. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Starkey (Boeckhott); his children, Robert Starkey, David Starkey (Jiji), Lori Sanchez (Juan) and Kathy Miccinello (David); his grandchildren, Andrea Vidiella (Ben), David Sanchez, Dena Miccinello-Barbarula (Ian), Samantha Starkey, Rachael Starkey, Craig Starkey and Eva Starkey; his great grandchildren, Ellie and Mateo Vidiella; and his stepbrother Bob Brozozowski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Riverview Funeral Home (390 River Rd, Shelton, CT 06484). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at the Huntington Lawn Cemetery South (268 Huntington St, Shelton, CT 06484).
