She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert DeNyke and Lorraine DeNyke. She is survived by: her son Joe; her grandson Marcus Christopher Ancona; her stepgrandchildren, Ryan, Josh, Will and Ben; her great grandchild Ellie; her sons, Joseph (Laura Ancona), Robert and James (June Kim Ancona); her grandson Marcus Ancona; her siblings-in-law, Phyllis Ancona Taylor and John Ancona (Jody Ancona); and her niece Deb Ancona.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Honan Funeral Home (58 Main St, Newtown, CT 06470). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Rose of Lima Church (46 Church Hill Rd, Newtown, CT 06470).
