With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Raymond C. Mutchler Jr. of Stratford, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 5, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Raymond shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Raymond farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Conrad Mutchler Sr. and Margaret Hill Mutchler. He is survived by: his wife Joy Mitchell Mutchler; his pets, Lucy and Fred; his daughters, Samantha Pihonak (Jay Pihonak) of Lordship and Sara Mutchler (Mark Perkowski) of Stratford; and his grandchildren, Alex and Claire Pihonak. He is also survived by his sisters, sister in laws, many nephews and nieces, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Galello-Luchansky Funeral & Cremation Services (2220 Main St, Stratford, CT 06615).
