He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Burnett and Elizabeth Wyslick Burnett. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; and his sons, Henry Burnett Jr. (Persefone) of Seymour, Mark Burnett of Naugatuck and Roger Nielsen Jr. of Norwalk.
