She is survived by: her children, Yolanda Gathers and El-Wasim Musatafa-Bey; her grandchildren, Christopher Gathers, Elijah Martin, Gianna Petree and Zyare Petree; her great grandchild Senyiah Martin; her brother Leroy Petree; and her close friends, Janice Cokley and Claire Duvernay. She is also survived by many nieces nephews Aunts and cousins and many friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Funeraria Luz (426 E Washington Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06608). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Park Cemetery (620 Lindley St, Bridgeport, CT 06606).
