We are sad to announce that on August 6, 2025, at the age of 79, Constance (Chasse) Lombardi of Plantsville, Connecticut, born in Saint David, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sisters, Blanche Fournier, Phelime Cote, Anita Martin and Jacqueline Dionne. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Lombardi Jr. (Kharah) of Scottsdale, AZ, Gregory Lombardi (Jodi) of Berlin, CT and Mark Lombardi (Sarah) of Scottsdale, AZ.; her grandchildren, Chase, Crew, Cate, Jackson, Harrison, Jagger and Harlo Lombardi; and her siblings, Agatha St. Amant (Roger), Geraldine Zimmitti (Tony), Noella Paradis, Gerard Chasse (Pauline) and Linda Chasse. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home (1084 New Britain Ave, West Hartford, CT 06110). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Brigid Church (1083 New Britain Ave, West Hartford, CT 06110). A burial will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (453 Fairfield Ave, Hartford, CT 06114).
