She was predeceased by: her father Antonio Pinto Vaz; and her son Antonio "Tony" Goncalves. She is survived by: her mother Maria Rodrigues; her husband Francisco "Frankie" Goncalves; her daughter Luisa Goncalves of Calabasas; her son-in-law William Eicher; her stepgranddaughter Sarah Eicher of Berkeley, California.; and her siblings, Maria Barroco, Helena Teixeira, Tina Teixeira of New York, Julia Costa of Chaves, Portugal and Joaquim Machado of New York. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home (419 White Plains Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Church (465 Huntington Rd, Bridgeport, CT 06608). A burial will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (1056 Daniels Farm Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611).
