With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elizabeth Unikewicz of Middletown, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 15, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Conroy and Helen Conroy (Piasecki); and her brothers, Timothy Conroy, Sr. and Edward Conroy (Frank Pantano). She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Unikewicz (Thomas Sladek) of Westport and Tracy Allgaier (John) of Clinton; her brother Bob Conroy of New Britain; her sister-in-law Doreen Conroy of Higganum; and her grandchildren, Scarlett Sladek, Eden Sladek, Julia Allgaier, Takoda Allgaier and Roman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Biega Funeral Home (3 Silver St, Middletown, CT 06457). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Pius X Church (310 Westfield St, Middletown, CT 06457). A burial will be held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 at the Saint Sebastian Cemetery (75 Meriden Rd, Rockfall, CT 06481).
