We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2025, at the age of 97, Alejandro Rodriguez of Bridgeport, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rogelio Rodriguez and Sandalia Rosario; and his siblings, Virginia, Nicolas, Ana Maria Luisa, Maria Magdalena, Policarpo, Rafaela, Alfonso and Jose Talcisio.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Torres Rodriguez; his children, Sonia Maria, Laura, Alejandro Jr. (Patricia), Eduardo and Zaida (Cliff); his grandchildren, Ruben, Nicholas, Ivan, Daniel and Victoria; his great grandchildren, Michelle, Michael, Elena, Alexandra, Nariyah, Autumn Love and Anthony; and his sister Carmen.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Funeraria Luz (426 E Washington Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06608). A Mass will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church (25 Sherman St, Bridgeport, CT 06608). A burial will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM at the Mt. Grove Cemetery (2675 North Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06604).
