With sadness, we share the passing of Janet Bedol of Norwalk, Connecticut. Janet, born on January 12, 1949, passed away on June 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, J. Russell Gough and Dorothy Gough; her husband Joel; her children, Cabe (Caroline) and Sally (Omri); her stepchildren, Michael, Caroline and Joshua; and her siblings, Bill (Kathy), Nancy, Russ (Ann) and Susan (Hugh). She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Collins Funeral Home (92 East Ave, Norwalk, CT 06851).
Donations in Janet's name and in lieu of flowers may be made to the Norwalk Hospital Foundation.
