She was predeceased by: her parents, John Evon Teal and Winnie Bell Whitaker Teal; and her grandmothers, Fannie J. Whitaker and Louise Teal. She is survived by: her sister Naomi Chapman-Taylor (Maurice); her nieces, Yolanda Chapman-Smith (Brian) and Shawnda Whittaker; her great-nieces, Sierra, Rayonea and Sanora Smith; and her aunt Ruth Morgan. She is also survived by extended family, dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church (29 Grove St, Stamford, CT 06901). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
