He was predeceased by: his sisters, Teresa Roccaro, Thomas Mancini and Irene Santora; his wife Anita Mancini; and his son Gregg Mancini.
He is survived by: his sister Anna Cerra; the father of his child Laurie Valentino (Charles); his children, Gary Mancini (Jeannine) and Michele Pergolis (Robert); his grandchildren, Michael Valentino (Tonilynn), Jaclyn Acquavita (Steven), Catherine Pergolis, Robert Pergolis and Julia Pergolis; his great grandchildren, Ava, Gianna Acquavita and Carmine Valentino; and his close friend Mary Koonman. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (20 Hicksville Rd, Bethpage, NY 11714). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
